Regarding custom work: The sales guy sounded a little paranoid on the phone, suggesting I might be trying to spy on their processes and then take my business elsewhere. Didn't matter though, because he ghosted me shortly after seeing my custom design. They might do awesome work, who knows! If you're able to get past the flighty sales personnel maybe you'll have a chance to find out.

Really strange experience. I pulled into the parking lot and checked my gps to make sure I was in the right place because there is no signage anywhere. Regardless, I checked the photos of the storefront on the website and realized I was at the right place. It was just then that a man approached my car window and insist I roll it down. He asked me if I needed help so I responded that I was looking for the coin shop. It was at this point that I started to understand the other reviewers description of the man as paranoid. The man said there is no coin shop here. I asked if it was in a different building, he said he had no idea. It was very strange. If you’ve ever asked a simple question to someone and received an answer that was so defensive and dismissive that you knew right away they were lying or hiding something, it was this. There absolutely must be a coin shop in this unmarked building, but then why have a google listing, website, etc. if you don’t want anyone to know you’re there? Just a super confusing and weird situation. 2 stars because the man was very quick to address me, good customer service. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place, but then again, apparently it doesn’t exist anyway so idk.
