Absolute pleasure to deal with. Made what can be a very trying and stressful transaction very smooth and easy. Gave outstanding prices for the items sold to them. As well, they have outstanding customer service and follow-up. I very much look forward to future dealings.

Completely transparent, honest, knowledgable and a straight shooter! While I waited, I listened to interactions with a few other customers. One in particular, an elderly gentleman had driven three hours to sell gold. When the transaction was complete, the gentlemen expected a check for $6000. The owner told the gentleman, no it's $66,000 ensuring he completely understood the transaction and value. I was pleasantly surprised, no pawn shop type atmosphere, everyone was treated with respect. These guys are beyond amazing. I’d give 100 stars if I could. I drive 40 mins to deal with them. Price is always solid, no frills. Even on crazy busy days they have someone taking down names so everything runs smooth. They pay way more than other dealers and make everything super easy.
