Would not honor price that was agreed upon on Facebook marketplace

Waste of time! Two women working who didn't know anything about audio visual equipment. This is not a real pawn shop where the proprietors know the market and can price anything of value. Scratch this one off the list.

I read all the reviews and I think they have the wrong store. I've only been in once, but the employees where nice and attentive. I asked for the manager he came out with in seconds friendly and professional. The store is also well organized. I sold a pair of broken 10k gold earrings and an old 14k got $40 for them. Prices are fair and well thought out.

I normally do not post reviews, but thought they deserved a review- based on my experience with them… and based on the bad reviews I read. My experiences there, have always been fair, and everyone there, is extremely professional. They are very straight-forward, and transparent- in terms of how they calculate, the loan amount they will give. I respect that immensely! Sure have there been times, I thought I should get more money, for an item- of course… but once they explained, how they determined the loan amount- it made total sense. Now, I don’t even question it- because I trust them. By explaining the numbers- they show, how truly fair they are. There are times, in most everyone’s life, when they need a little help. I am really thankful, that I have been able to get help, from them- more importantly… I am thankful, to have found a business, that I trust. Being a prior small business owner, I understand… they are in the business, to make money, so please respect that, and be kind! There is zero justification, for being anything but polite to them… especially with how professional and transparent they are.

Walked in to try to sell a speaker system that I had and the woman behind the counter stated that she didn’t live in her car so she wouldn’t have a way to test it out

I have been a customer for awhile. I dealt with Kelly at Market Street location a few times and when I learned she had been moved to the Leland location I started going to that location. I recently purchased a gun from Kelly and she was great as always. Very professional, fast yet thorough when doing to forms and background check. I felt bad because she stayed until after close to finish up my purchase. I really appreciate that. Thank you again Kelly!
