Went in there yesterday to wait on a friend to conduct her business when a young man behind the counter walked up and told me with a smirk on his face that I needed to remove my face covering because it's store policy, so I waved and left. In their defense, until today I hadn't noticed the sign posted on the door that stated no masks any of the times I've went in there to both buy and pawn items. I fully respect the idea of a business conducting itself how it chooses to just as much as I respect the idea of a buyer supporting a business that s/he likes by buying from it, and that sucks because they had a bicycle I had told my friend I was going to buy on my next payday and now I can't because I won't support a business that tells me what I can and cannot wear especially in a town where I can leave that business and see another business exactly like it that I may buy from while wearing whatever reasonable thing I've chosen to wear.
This is a all new staff vs the staff that was here a few years ago, NEW Management and all, these guys are dedicated to making stuff happen for their customers... with in reason haha even I've been turned away with items that just dont fit the bill on what they need/want to take in! But they will do what they can to help you out! This is the GO TOO Spot for Great customer service and the BEST prices in High Point NC! and they have a wide veriaty of things to buy! From Jewlery to Guns and even power tools, oh dont forget great prices on window AC units!
The new staff sucks!!! I have been with Quick Cash for 2 years and always got my stuff back out. Now the new staff talking about oh we can't do that or this. Try to give me $2.00 a game for games that are still in store for 60 or 70 dollars. He said we'll if u don't come back. Show me on my record for yall where I have ever not come back. I am getting my stuff out and never ever pawning here again!!! Yall just lost a loyal customer!!! I just went to 1st National Pawn never pawn there and they gave me 10.00 game no problem.
