Still waiting on items purchased in September to be shipped. Spoke to 3 different people and was told they'd call me and no one has done so. UPDATE: I did end up receiving the items and they took responsibility for the delays. All in all I’m happy with the purchase and can’t say many companies would own up to it like they did.
