We waited 15 minutes while the employees visited behind the counter and ignored us. The one person who was actually working waited on one person, then skipped us and helped someone who had just walked in. If you want to be treated like that you might as well stay home. These guys a lames and out to get your money. On their holiday sales they take off their most valuable stuff off the shelves and leave all the other garbage. Thoroughly go through your electronics when you get them back to ensure they don't switch out things. I pawned a laptop through them a year or so ago and when I got the laptop back, there was a missing screw at the bottom where you could clearly see that they were tampering with the hard drive. I strongly believe they swapped out my one hard drive that came with the laptop for another that they had sitting on the shelf. I also had a missing key from the keyboard/they chipped my laptop after what I believe them dropping it. Fair warning to those that pawn electronics through them.— Tator Tot, Sep 2025
