Waited a long time and then they start helping people who came in way after me. Never going back. I had heard it always was a long wait anyway.

Went by 2 times and it says its open on Google but its closed Friday at 5pm

Tom is terrible, rude, judgemental, biased, and every ignorant word to describe the manager of this store. Automatically yelled over his desk and said my coins are most likely fake due to my appearance and wardrobe.

Got my watch battery replaced for $20 and my wife’s engagement and wedding bands cleaned free of charge. Despite there being several other people in the shop, we were prioritized due to how quick of a job ours would be. Both employees were very kind and knowledgeable. We will be back if we have any other jewelry needs!

Do your research before going here, and be prepared to spend some time, because this guy has no regard for your time. I wasted about an hour and a half and finally left after a low-ball offer. I don't just go into these places without doing research and having a number in my mind. I figured $1000 for what I had. He offered me $670. I left and went straight to Scotsman and walked out with $1015 in less than 15 minutes. Tom is friendly enough and seems like a nice man, but he's going to make as much off of you as he can. I know he's in business to make a profit and I get it, but I'm not going to be screwed like that. Good luck, and be prepared. Don't let him rip you off .

Very busy store but everyone in there was very polite and very nice they acknowledge you when u walk in door very friendly people and Earl told me his car story with pictures while waiting! 5 stars from me and Tom needs to slow down he's all over helping his customers

Don't go in unless you have all day to spend there. Tom talks to everyone but doesn't actually help anyone. I was there for over an hour and a half just trying to sell some silver. It took him 5 tries to weight my item and actually remember what the weight is, quoted me a price then spent the next 20 minutes going through 200 coins someone was buying. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced, left without selling and wasted my valuable time in the process. Doubt he even knows I left.
