Kinda disappointed, when your 12yr old pulls a 1 out of 8 signature card jesus ferreira. They gave him 50 dollars for 4 signature cards. Thats shady. Im new to this a after I did just a little research. My kid got ripped off.
Received my order for (2) Ascending Heroes ETBs today. (1) ETB had a tear in the plastic discovered after immediately opening the box. The order was not packaged very well, no bubble wrap at all, just sitting loosely in packaging peanuts. Hoping they can resolve this. UPDATE 2/25/26: I received a response very quickly so thanks for that TCS. I was informed this is considered "Acceptable Damage since it does not affect the function of the product in any way" which is obviously true if you're a ripper but if you're a sealed product investor it's not ideal. They will not ship your TCG products (or at least ETBs) with bubble wrap, just casually in peanuts. However, their prices were very competitive compared to other online shops and Ebay. They did offer to swap out mine with a better condition one, but I would have to pay to have it shipped there and shipped back, which at that point would be around the same dollar loss as the tear in the seal. I will bump my review up 1 star for at least replying and providing a resolution but I will not be buying anything expensive here unless they offer to pack it more securely. Maybe I just got unlucky with this shipment.
This place has an amazing selection of packaged card product as well as game accessories. The shop is very clean and well organized. The employee at the register was very nice. All around a great, This just became my main store!

They sent me the cleanest box I’ve ever seen. It was for my personal collection and I was incredibly satisfied with the condition of the box. Great price too. Would’ve bought another if the price didn’t increase with the restock
Update: Changing to 5 stars! After a few days, my claim was finally approved, and they sent me a new case. While the resolution was positive in the end, I’ll admit the process was a bit frustrating at first. I had to reach out to them a couple of times to get an update on the status of my claim, which made me feel a bit in the dark. At first, I was a little impatient, especially since I wasn’t sure what was happening with my request. However, once I did hear back, the response was quick, and they were able to resolve the issue smoothly. In the end, I’m happy with the outcome, and I appreciate how they followed through once communication was established. It’s easy to get frustrated when you’re not getting updates, but everything worked out, and I’m satisfied with how the situation was handled. Thanks for resolving the issue
My first time impressions plus all the guys are so awesome, customer service beats any sport or non sport card around Metro! Super clean and transparent, very easy going and just overall perfect team to be working as a staff! Big UPS for them this is my favorite store the moment I went in and looked around ! Def recommended to anyone who’s into TCG / playing or collecting ! 💯❤️
