Absolutely love the service and the people who work there!!! They have redone a few of my mother’s rings to my style!!! Very patient and helped me make new beautiful rings!!! I love this store!!! Would highly recommend it to everyone!!! So thankful for my new beautiful jewelry!!!!
They were very nice and polite when I came in to sell a ring. I wasn't able to get as much for it as I'd hoped, but they clearly explained why the offer was what it was. I appreciate the time they took to chat with me, very nice experience overall. I would definitely do business with them again

Do not go here. My boyfriend brought the ring he bought me for an appraisal. They had it for two weeks and then told him it wasn't a diamond (even though it had an IGI certificate) and told him it was worth like $300 (he paid $8,000). I freaked out and brought it to Kay's for a second opinion. They put it under the microscope, read the serial number and confirmed it is actually a diamond. They caused us to panic, thinking we had been ripped off, for no reason. Just go somewhere else and avoid the headache.
I brought some jewelry into Crosnoe Gold & Silver to have it evaluated for potential sale. During the visit, I felt rushed, and I was initially told that my diamonds and gold weren’t genuine, which was not accurate. One of the staff did correct this, but the rest of the interaction felt dismissive and not welcoming. I hope this feedback encourages more careful and patient customer interactions in the future.
