They seem to be really honest and all that, so not a bad place.

These guys are great. They are realists so you can expect the typical Pawn Shop attitude from them, which is understandable when they have to deal with the people they do in order to do business without Karen’s getting the best of them. Pay no attention to the one star reviews these people are great. Keep in mind I have only purchased items. I have never sold to them or loaned from them.

It's a great place. I'm satisfied. I bought a small outboard motor from them in the beginning of July. It had bad gas in it (not their fault, gas goes bad). Anyhow, it wouldn't start so I brought it back. They were super cool about offering different options. When other options didn't pan out for me, they gave me my money back with no hassle. Everyone was real nice and professional. I'll definitely be shopping there again.

Worst experience ever! The owner was very rude. I drove 40 minutes to be told he wouldn't buy any of my stuff even though we called and confirmed ahead of time. He said he has better things to do. Also I had my daughter with me and he was yelling at me in front of her. I will NEVER come back here again! I drove down to Blaine and found a great pawn shop called we pay more pawn. Go here instead!

Every time I shop here, the staff is knowledgeable and tries to help get you what you need, even if it isn't something they have in stock. As people who are part of the customer service industry and have to deal with customers that are rude, disrespectful, stubborn or otherwise unpleasant, some staff can become jaded and crude with customers but their staff can be some of the better ones I have come across. I haven't had or seen any negative experiences with any of their staff myself. I have noticed that they don't have much in current popular "trending" things but that is also just the way of a pawn shop, and possibly just my own bad timing. Overall, I give this place a positive outlook and recommend giving them a try.

horrible customer service. everyone there looked at me like i was a thief
