Called for information for them to answer the phone talk over me and listen to him explain how busy he was and didn't have time to answer a quick question for me. Would have taken 30 seconds but instead he spent a minute making me feel like he didn't have time for me nor did he care about having a new customer. Rude and unprofessional would not recommend The reply is also rude, how could you tell I would never be a customer when you didn't even let me ask a question? I had every intention on visiting your store being a customer but you were rude and just looking at reviews with a 2.3 star rating it's not just me who has had issues with this store. If your reply would have been respectful or you kindly took time to answer a quick question I would have been a customer but I took my business elsewhere. Thanks for replying showing just how disrespectful you really are.
Truly, one cannot help but admire a man that has dedicated himself to a craft. That is what you have here. A man that is learned, wise and knows. Hole in the wall shop, however, ohhh the treasure you will find. Not only in his collection, but more importantly his knowledge base. Fair, concise, and no bullshit! I will most definitely return! In a world presently of People that don’t know where the hell is up he’s a breath of fresh air.
