I cannot believe this business still exists. I opened my spam folder and found emails. This business should be closed. #Buyerbeware. Every single negative review is true. I had my negative experience with them years ago.

Their Customer Service is PATHETIC! I called off a TV Promotion as I was looking to explore some new Mints to buy Precious Metals from and I placed an order and was told everything was good and I'd receive a Confirmation Email, I did not so I called back after a few days to be told that it was still all good and I'd receive shipping invoice by Friday. I waited until Monday evening and tried calling to no avail and then again on Tuesday to be told that I could not use my Credit Card being a new Customer even though the Card was good and they verified everything. I asked why and they said they'd call made back on how to move forward and NOTHING? This place is as bad as it gets with Customer Service and any type of Follow Up, PATHETIC especially when I am new to collecting and have become a pretty good customer to a few different mints spending upwards of 5K per month. Would not and never will recommend this place to anyone and its really disappointing as I really liked the gentleman, Dustin, on 1st impression and getting started with them.
I saw an ad for 2023 silver eagles, perfect 10 for $49.95 each. The salesperson spent the call trying to get me to buy a $400.00 item and kept arguing with me. He told me the advertised item didn't make sense to purchase. Then he said I could only buy one. After he failed to sell me the item I called about I told him I would purchase it from a more reliable company. It is a bait and switch company. Personally, I prefer a company with higher ethical standards. BEWARE, shop at your own risk.
Placed an order for 65 OZ of silver a week ago. I called a few days later to find out why my orders didn't ship and was told it takes 5-10 days. 7 days later they refund my money without telling me they weren't going to send me my coins and that they weren't going to honor the sale. I will never buy from a company that doesn't have the integrity to communicate with there customers and that holding my money over a week was somehow OK with me.
If zero was an option id tap it... Send out fliers and a couple weeks later not even acknowledge their flyer.. This Coin dealer sucks and this is the worst ive delta with, they only want to sell you ms 70 coins at thier convenience 💰💰💰💰
Company sent out pre-sale orders for 2026 silver eagle in Nov of 2025. Price: $49.95. set for delivery in Feb. My card info was taken and was told I would receive item at that price. Fast-forward to Jan and they will not honor their advertisement. Yes,I know silver went up, however, only an idiot would make that sales pitch in the first place.
