I had great customer service, and was given the same amount they had told me over the phone even though they said they couldn’t really get a real estimate until they had looked over and seen the actual property. The two current employees I had the pleasure of talking and working with were incredible. From past experience with other people at pawn shops and this one I was so pleasantly surprised to have dealt wit such kind people. They don’t get enough credit for everything they usually have to put up with. Thank you guys would definitely recommend this place and will definitely go back if I ever needed their services in the future.

I feel like they always manage to rip me off with the prices they are willing to pay for things. Even if I have something worth a lot, with the receipt for it and everything, they always manage to find it online for some rediculously low price, which is bull, because a lot of that stuff doesn't turn out to be that price if you continue clicking through to order it, or it doesn't actually sell for that price, but whatever, I don't have to take the deal so that's on me, just an observation though. Anyway, I recently pawned my wedding ring, and went back to get it, after a month, thinking I had more than enough cash on me to get it back, figuring it only went up like $30. Well it turns out I was TWO days passed the deadline for when the price increases again, so they tacked on another $30, making it an additional $60 on top if the measly $125 they gave me for my ring (which cost me $1000 just a year ago). So the total was like $186 to get it back, just a month later, because I was 2 days late, and all I had was $184, thinking it would only be like $150 to get it back. So I told him all I had was $184, that I thought it would only be $150, and I guess I would have to come back the next day or something. He looked at my receipt, and paused a second, and I'm sure he saw that it was only 2 days passed the date, and I thought he was going to say that he would take the $184 since it's only $2 short, or that he would knock off the next fee since it was only 2 days after, but he didnt! He just said, "Ok, yea, the total is $186. Come back with $186" Like dude, really!!?? Wow! I only go to this place because it's just down the road from me and there's no where else around that's close. Plus the ONE girl that works here is really nice and cool! But I won't be going back after I finally get my ring back! I'll go to Excel Pawn or Pawn America instead UPDATE: Well, I thought I had 90 days to get my ring back! It actually doesn't even say anywhere on the receipt or explain the terms very well anywhere! It's very confusing. Turns out you only have 60 days to get your item back. I went back to get my ring, the first guy that helped me was stoned or something and very unhelpful, slow, and rude. He couldn't tell me anything accept they didnt have it and to look in the case of rings on display for it. I would ask questions and say stuff and he would just ignore me. very awkward. After looking and looking I finally asked if he had any way of finding out if someone else bought it or not or anything. Finally some other guy came out and looked up my order, then says "yup, it's not here, it was scrapped." I'm like "scrapped? what do you mean?" He said it was scrapped, it was melted down and scrapped!! And when i said i didnt realize over 90 days had pased already, he said no it's 60 days, in Oakdale they can do 60 days. I always thought even if I didn't get it back in time, I would at least be able to buy it back. I just assumed it would be on display in the case with the rest of the rings! It never even occurred to me for some reason that they would just remove the stones, melt it down and scrap it! They should warn you that they might do that! And they should make sure you are aware you only have 60 days! It seemed to me like they knew darn well that it's usually 90 days The way he said in Oakdale we can do 60 days. So they know people assume it's 90 days and they don't bother to tell you it's only 60. Not once did anybody mention 60 days to me or any time. And when I said to the first guy that they usually call me at least to let me know he said Well that's kind of your responsibility to keep track of the time. Well yea, true! But the fact that in the past this same place has called me to let me know my time was almost up, I assumed they would do it again. I do realize for the most part this is my fault. But now the fact that when I went before to get it and I was only 2 days late so it went up $30 and I was only $2 short and he still wouldn't give it to me and in the end they ended up melting it down after 60 days without even a call to me!
