I had a Waterford pen that cracked at the base of the nib. He tried 7 different ways to get it out of the barrel. No luck. Appreciated the efforts! Rest in pieces lovely pen. Thanks!

Considering they repaired one if the most complex vintage fountain pens, a Waterman Ink-Vue, within a month, and in working order, I'd say this place deserves full marks! Always a joy to pop in and see what the collection looks like every so often. You'll find some incredible grails at a fair price. This family knows what they're doing! If you just need a sac replacement, there is no better place to go!
