Most of the guitars are broken and over priced. The hand tools are priced at just below New prices for old worn out equipment thats missing parts. I have no idea how someone can call this store a 5 star experience with such incredibly rude staff and filthy unorganized store. The lady that works there pays more attention to the dog than anything and has set the standard for a cold and classless personality. Well I haven't been in their store in a really long time however when I had some stuff in loan there they were amazing. A few times I had to be late with my payment and they didn't charge me a late fee as long as I called ahead of time they were willing to work with me.
