This place is usually pretty nice as far as what they are willing to pay for your items. I’ve been here a few times and have gotten pretty fair pricing on the items that I’ve sold. However, the owners/employees can be rude if you don’t have extensive experience with pawning. They act as though you’re supposed to know every procedure and/or detail that goes into pawning or selling. Some customer service training is needed here as their attitudes border on being unprofessional at times and these experiences have made it a little uncomfortable to sell here. People are coming in and patronizing their business; they should provide better service.

This is one of the best Pawn shops, I’ve have ever been to. The guys are professional and very polite. It is clean and smells refreshing as well. I was in and out. I highly suggest coming here, not only for help but purchasing quality items. Zero complaints and they define customer service at its finest! Make sure you go to 14K Pawn & Exchange.
Horrible prices. Go up to Birmingham you’ll get better offers on precious metals. This guy acts like he’s not making a profit hustling the community. Don’t settle for -10% off spot. I’d give zero stars if an option.
