I sold a gold necklace last summer to Scott and he gave me a fair price

I bought the ring from Scott, it is beautiful and good price. I wish everyone can come and support our local business. It is a trustworthy place for you!!

I went to Scott’s coins yesterday with a 1905 indian head penny. It was an error coin. Josh told me it wasn’t worth anything. So today I called back to speak with Scott. He was with a customer. So I spoke to someone else and sent pictures of my penny again. For Josh to call me and be extremely rude . Saying what did I want to know. So again I told him my coin was an error coin. Which makes it worth more than the standard Indian head penny. So then he says that’s not something we’re interested in. Then I said that would have been what should have been said yesterday instead of my penny wasn’t worth anything. Mind you I spoke with Scott himself who told me to bring the coin in as if in fact it was an error coin it would be worth more then standard Indian head penny. Very disappointed in the service I received from Josh and the rude call back this morning. As stated before I went there yesterday. When I called back I was told I’d have to come back to see the value of penny. I sent pictures to them as I was not driving 30 more miles to be told one thing. So I sent pictures of the coin which proved it was a error coin. For Josh to call back and be rude to me. The First Gentleman I spoke with gave me number to send pictures of my coin. Which I did. Then Josh call to say we’re not interested. Okay then you should of said that yesterday , instead of of tell me it wasn’t a error coin. Poor business. Just be upfront . Not interested. Not you don’t have what you have.

Had a way better experience then the last time I visited. I was greeted by everybody in the store who where all friendly and professional, and received a better then expected price for my 90% silver coins.

I’ve stopped into Scott’s a few times now- each time has been a pleasure!! Scott himself is always there and is very knowledgeable, and super friendly as well. The jewelry selection is great and there are many pieces that are very reasonably priced. Last time I was in I was looking for a necklace and was helped by a great employee (didn’t catch her name) who took her time to show me anything I was interested in seeing. Definitely recommend this shop!

The team is super professional, yet easygoing and very helpful. I bought an amazing ring at a good price, and Scotts helped me by buying some old jewelry to use towards my purchase.

Scotts really took care of me these past few months, best Christmas ever for my family was able to cash in on some silver, picked up a huge diamond for my wife. (Best lab IGI certified diamond prices anywhere.) Scott always finds a way to go above and beyond.
