I have gone in several times now and had the same experience with atleast 3 different employees. They were all patient and helpful. When I finally made my decision they all took an additional 10% off the price I agreed to. One time they searched the store for free coin protectors to give me, another time I said I wanted to try an N-95 mask and they gave me one for free. If I cant find an item I think is priced right, they search until we find the perfect item at a great price. I stopped looking anywhere else for my coins.

What an awesome experience!! Professional & friendly FAMILY OWNED business. I bought a Liberty Fatboy Extreme Blackout safe & couldn’t have gotten a better deal on it. There was a small blemish on the side of the safe, which was pointed out to me by the owner immediately, that was Liberty Safe’s error during shipping. Not a big deal to me, but the owner insisted on making it right. My only response to him wanting to send me some complimentary accessories to make up for the blemish was “as long as it isn’t coming out of your pocket Sir”. Low & behold, today in the mail I received a USPS Priority Mail box with a pack of Liberty Safe Handgun Hangers & a Liberty Safe Humidity & Temperature Monitor. I honestly didn’t expect over $35 in accessories for an issue that wasn’t their fault. Being a small business owner myself, the last thing I wanted was for them to pull money out of their pocket for something that wasn’t their fault. The bottom line is that I will be recommending Carolina Safes to any & everyone I know that is in the market. If I should every need another safe in the future, I will not hesitate to call them. Thanks again!!!

These people are legit! imma be honest everything doesn't come down to racis. That being said, I was treated with the upmost respect. I wasn't side eyes, or treated less then for asking questions. They helped me with my inquiry, from them time I walked in/out. I had an issue with my application they fixed promptly! In Short terms they just care, treating everyone equally. That's 10 times what I can say about 4 other places in this county! Thank you all for just being great!! Definitely will always be first stop!

I've been dealing with SMD Gun & Pawn for a few years. They have THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I deal with them only. I feel valued and welcomed at their establishment. They work with me, with absolutely anything I need. If there is a product that I want, that's not in their store they will go online to find it to order it for me. They don't rush you when you're looking and shopping they are super friendly and they always willing to help. They go above and beyond. I literally won't shop anywhere else for firearms. I've bought my safe from them they delivered set it up for me without any problems. The quality of it is amazing. I've done recommend many people to come here. I love seeing them grow.
