Sad excuse for a business, I drove an hour up and back twice durring thier business hours to find no one there. I tried calling, no answer, what a waste of time! Highly unprofessional! -Must have been a different unhappy mike, cause I never set foot inside nor saw or spoke to anyone of your staff.

Paul was so pleasant, a simple man, gave me no nonsense great advice. Thank you Paul, I will do what you asked. Thank you for being so kind!!!

This store is pretty awesome, And the people are outstanding you know back stamps anything any country, these are the guys you need to talk to very knowledgeable. Very helpful. I thank him too.

The hours are inconsistent, both on the website and even when you call. Called a few months ago, and I am pretty sure the person I talked to said "Tuesday to Saturday" I work Tuesday to Saturday so that would require me to take a day off, especially since they are over an hour away. I took today (Friday) off so I could go see them and sell my collection, when I checked their hours on google maps to if they are open, it said they were Tuesday - Friday unlike what the man said. Thought it was weird, but didn't think much about it. I called them ahead of time to let them know I was bringing a collection, and it turns out they randomly take Fridays off to go to shows. Also, it turns out the hours are on their website, and what the man told me on the phone, is also wrong. I didn't need to take off work, I could have come any Monday. Must be nice being one of the only stamp dealers in the area: You can have random days closed, not update the hours on the internet, tell people wrong hours, and if they take off work or drive a long time to see you and you are closed, oh well, right, where else are they gonna go?

I have been dealing with these fine people for about 10 years. I have been able to find some very good stamps at reasonable prices. I will travel 13 hours to see him at BALPEX. A premier stamp show and have bought multiple items online, without any problems. The best stamp store selection, that I have ever seen! He has helped the CPS Stamp Club, with various donations and very good with our members. Well worth the trip in Maryland or vicinity!!
