I came in looking for a charm for my fiance for Valentine’s Day and felt extremely pressured to make a purchase. I expressed my feelings of wanting to browse on my own without someone giving suggestion after suggestion that I was not interested in. The attendant even made the comments “you’re running out of time” and “oh come on” after I didn’t like one of her recommendations. I have had nothing but awesome experiences here so far, but it seems they harass you or shove sales tactics down your throat here lately. This really deterred me from making a purchase and all I could think about was wanting to get out of there.

Charlie offered me a fair price on my old gold estate jewelry . So I sold it and I used the money for my first Submariner Rolex !

Ordered 10 boxes of shotgun shells. A few days later they refunded part of my money. I called and after numerous attempts finally get a lady that tells me they were out of stock even though their website said "in stock". I had spread the cost of the flat shipping over the 10 boxes. So, I said, OK give me half my shipping back and send the order. She said "no it is flat shipping". So, I told her just to cancel my order. Nothing had shipped yet and she said well I will charge you a 25% restocking fee. I informed her they screwed up not me. She said I don't care and hung up. They only refunded the order minus 25%. I had to chargeback the remainder with my credit card company. You could not get me to use these people again!!!!

Sandy Clements was incredible today while helping me find a wedding ring! She was so kind, patient, and genuinely caring, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Sandy really listened to what I wanted and went out of her way to make sure I found the perfect ring. Her expertise, warmth, and attention to detail made the visit truly special. I ordered my ring from this company because my original wedding ring was stolen. I had been looking for a duplicate of the original but due to the nature of its unique style, it’s been impossible the last two years to find it. Somehow, this company had a duplicate of my ring! I immediately ordered it and it came in perfect condition. I didn’t have any interaction with specific people but they took care of my item to make sure it was safely sent to me. I am beyond grateful!
