This was a few years back but I wanted to renew my vows and owner of the Jewelry Barn helped me find the perfect heart shaped diamond ring and allowed me to make payments on ring...Covid hit and I lost my husband and times were hard being out of work for so long due to Covid..but I drove by the store heart broken and never thought that he would still be holding my ring....I decided to stop in and tell him that I wasn't going to follow through with the ring and why....I was amazed it was still on hold and he heard my story...to my amazement he handed my deposit back on ring and wished me the best and I was in tears...I was in dire need of money at that time...I never ever thought a refund nor the ring still on hold for me after a year or more...Owner had a huge heart and if I ever think about getting married again...I'm definitely going to the Jewelry Barn...good people..beautiful jewelry and store...Karen

My fiancé and I are from Shepherdsville Ky. Stopped in to look what jewelry they had. Met the most wonderful lady named Tabi. A few weeks later she had made us the most beautiful forever ring imaginable! Text her a few ideas, but this woman’s creativity is beyond words! This was the best experience. A three stone diamond engagement ring. She had it ready in a week! Prices are way less expensive than large name jewelers. An hr and a half away for us, but we’ll definitely never buy another piece of jewelry from anywhere other than Jewelry Barn. All from the family experience Tabi shows. I had a silver spoon ring, which I loved, but it accidentally came off my finger and went into the garbage disposal. I thought it was beyond repair. I brought it into Jewelry Barn, and Jonathan Torres was able to miraculously get it back almost as good as new, and he didn't charge me anything for doing it. I can't tell you how much he made my day.

Jahnyah is an amazing employee! She helped me create my dream engagement ring in one day! She is very personable and professional. I’ve gone to plenty of jewelry stores and never found a place this good. Highly recommend this place!! You won’t regret it!
