I put a ring on layaway but when I finished paying for it. It wasn't the same ring. The ring I was given the stone was more then half the size smaller. I was given a refund with a 10% restocking fee. Which I feel that was wrong of them being it wasn't the same ring. I certainly will never purchase anything from there again. This picture is a similar ring with the same type ruby stone that I purchased somewhere else and a picture of a ring with the size it was when I received it before returning. These pictures a just for a reference to visualize my experience of disappointment receiving a ring with the stone half the size of the ring I put on layaway. Final analysis never put anything on layaway you might not get what you pay for.and I was told that no one had messed with the ring because it was in a vault but by the photos as an example clearly shows that they weren't being honest with me. The ruby ring in the picture was one I looked at on the same day. I chose the one at this pawnshop because it was cheaper in price. But I ended up using my refund to purchase the ruby ring pictured the same day as my refund was given at another pawnshop of course. And I certainly don't appreciate that I was basically told it was I who was mistaken, I'll let you be the judge
