Showed up at 4:15 on a Tuesday and was closed edit... Thank you for your reply. I can understand that and now can rate you 5 stars! Great owner great store

They do not show you the price you can't see anything on the scale I was offered $1,000 and I found out that the item was worth that's not fair at all. They don't buy silver anymore strictly gold and you're not going to get a fair market price for it.

Updated!!! First time visiting here and line it said open from 10:30am till 5:30pm got here at 10:50am it was closed called and left messages and a email decided to wait for half an hour to see if shop clerk opened before I go to the next place will update in half an hour if they opened or left and went to Next place Must say I am impressed. I did get a message back from the owner saying they had an emergency and they would be there this evening so I do respect that and for that action of being responsive to a potential customer I am gonna stick around and wait and do business with the owner of this establishment this evening. I was very impressed by the short delayof the reply Do you have a round about time you will be there this evening???

I visited this establishment first when offloading some bullion; his price sounded fair, but I always check a few options to not leave potential profits on the table. To keep is short, he does good business and I'll return if I ever wanna sell in the future.

I have purchased several pieces from Richard Hopkins over the past 10+ years and all with no issues and at the lowest prices. This establishment does not only want a sale but work on building relationships with their clientele. I will not go anywhere else, if there is something I see elsewhere I will take pictures/videos and take to Richard and he will beat whatever price you initially received.
