I have bought tools and gold and silver from them all at a reasonable price. I have sold gold and silver at a reasonable price. My last experience was a bit lame. I sold a gold coin for a decent price. And I had $480.00 (SILVER content value ) of 90% coins mostly half dollars. The very young man would only offer me $300.00.. he would not go higher. I was in a bind so I took the deal, but it worked out to be over 17 ounces of silver. I don't really understand why he felt he had to low ball me so bad. All the other silver I sold there I got a fair price, but it was a different person the other times. I have a lot more 90% coins . I guess I will have to sell them somewhere else.
I'm a bit late leaving this review, but when mapping out shops like this I remembered that I had never give them their due. Around two years ago I was able to purchase two Peavey guitar amps from them, a tube amp, and a modeling amp. Both were in great condition. I was able to get the prices down to where I needed to be, and that's what matters in the long run. The service was wonderful and attentive when needed, even though they were busy! It's a long drive for me, but I'm dusting off my haggling skills and looking forward to heading back in a few days!
First time in this pond shop. Was on a mission to find my son an acoustic guitar. They had some but way overpriced. I know it's the day and time we are in but can order the same items online new for cheaper price. On the plus side, they seem to have a little bit of everything. Rows of guns that you could walk by and pickup. Don't have to bother anyone to get one out for ya, but now the guitars are behind the counter, and those you have to ask to look at. Hmm, it seems a little off to me. Everything was kept pretty organized. That's something you don't see in a lot of these stores.
