I bought my first gun here about a year ago, the day that I turned 18. The staff are wonderful, they’re very knowledgeable about the history of their vintage firearms. The Mosin I bought was priced reasonably and much cheaper than the other pawn shops in Morehead. I highly recommend doing business with Kentucky pawn.

Rodney and staff are some of the best people to know and work with. They have a huge selection of firearms and lots of other stuff for the discerning taste. I have been going there for quite a while and have never been disappointed with their inventory. One of the best places in central Ky.

Best Pawn shop in town hands down. Have had nothing but top rate experience here. Good selection. Fair prices. Good People. Dont let Folks like Nicholas Caudill lead u wrong. I was in the store when that whole transaction happened. Saw it first had. He brought in a Playstation that looked as if it had been ran thru the dumpster, and wanted to sell it. And wanted more money than it was even worth. Got rude when they didn't take it. Next day was back in there, actually getting ready to leave and heard a woman and boy come in and ask if they had about a Playstation from the boy- and said he had stolen his brothers PS and they were trying to find it. So dont let someone like him lead u wrong. Never had nothing but great Experience at Kentucky Pawn and Guns.

This Pawn shop is honestly an amazing place to head down to, I was struggling to come up with the money for my rent this month, had no idea what to do and decided to pawn of my shotgun, that led me down here and, the people running this place are awesome! They understood my situation and helped me out when they could have easily tried to just screw me over like other places would have. I definitely would recommend coming here if you also would need any help but also take a look around if you're just wanting to, I didn't look around much but they have plenty of goods for pretty much anyone.

If I could give zero stars and leave a review I would. I don't deal with pawn shops however my parents bought a washer a dryer here on layaway two elderly people on a fixed income mind you, went to go pick it up for them just to find out the set they were buying was sold out from under them. When trying to make a deal on a different set to make it right the others "weren't ready" and the manager or owner what ever couldn't be bothered to even make an appearance. This same pawn shop pawned a ring of my mother in laws a few years ago and when time came the next day to pay back and pick it up the ring was gone no pawn ticket was given because the person making the deal was "out of tickets and would remember" the man put the ring in the safe and in less than 24 hours the ring disappeared no trace and no one in the store seemed to know anything about it. I had advised my parents not to do business with this place but they trusted them and because of their income were given no other choices at the time. Shame on this business for treating people this way shame on you for how dishonest you are. They won't be back if I can help it and fyi the prices on those ATVs you quoted my elderly father and my fiancee today I can buy them all day long in better shape and cheaper. And to the employee that felt the need to follow me all the way around the store when I'm clearly not interested in any of the junk you sell. Dishonesty breeds dishonesty and distrust. Have the day you all deserve. I hope you treat people better and act more honestly in the future.
