I've had a good experience purchasing old coins from this store. Perry has helped me out several times with questions.

Went in to buy a large amount of gold a few months ago. They acted like they didn’t have time to mess with me. These are people of the lowest caliber. I originally posted a very negative review and they responded by saying that I was trying to commit tax evasion when in reality, I was simply asking about tax law surrounding large bullion purchases. I ask my lawyer and it’s my bank that reports the cashiers check to the IRS and it is not considered a cash deal. i’ve spent over $20,000 in that store in the past and have the receipts to prove it and they tried to tell me that I’ve never been there. They also seem to have a problem, determining my gender, which seemed to be offputting for them, which is out of my control. Absolutely, the most horribly unprofessional coin and Bullion shop in there tristate. Karma will ctch up work these slanderous charlatans. And as I said before, I took my money to another coin shop and I had my bullion within two days. This business needs to learn that it’s the customer that has to trust the business not the business that has to trust the customer. They have it completely backwards. Two of my other friends had tried to steer me away from this business, but I didn’t listen and I wish I had. If I could write zero stars I would, but if they keep treating people like this, they’re just gonna go out of business on their own and good riddance when they do.

Great group of guys. Gave fair value and in one case in which I undervalued an item, they said, way too low and gave me a much better deal. Will always deal with them.

Staff was very friendly and helped me find the coins that I was looking for. Their prices were very reasonable and less than I saw on line. I picked up a nice 2011 US silver Eagle 5 Coin set.

Took my coin collection to coins plus in Florence yesterday because the website says they have numismatics experts. The gentleman that helped me is on your website as an numismatics expert. All coins graded by NGC. Mostly proof 70 coins some of them signed. I was told that the signed coins were a gimmick. He didn't even know the new peace and morgan dollars were 999.99 pure silver. Didn't even care about the numismatics value of the coins. I did get a fair price on silver spot price. I should of done more research. On your business My fault just had to sell because of a medical issue. I done my own research on how much the coins were worth got about half of that. He said the graded coins were hard to sell.

First and foremost, ive spent a decent amount at this store over the years and dave is a pleasure to work with and im happy to see him here when i purchase. Hes always treated me with kindness. However theres one other older man who has absolutely degraded me and talked down to me for simply buying or selling here. I always buy at whatever their market price is and have had no dispute against whatever they offer at whatever price. But when i went to sell some old jewlery i no longer wear to buy bullion with, they offered me 65% melt value and when i politely said i appreciate the offer but “i’ll just hang onto it”. I was as polite as i always have been. No biggie, i understand they have to make a margin but the final number wasnt enough for me and thats completely ok. Still Having cash ready in my pocket to buy bullion with regardless, the older man was agitated with me that i didn’t want to sell and immediately got rude and said some distasteful comments. I just bit my tongue and said nothing. Walked out and spent my money from a reputable online dealer that day. A few short months later i went back in, the same older gentleman who i had a hard time with before was in the store that day i came in again, i said politely “i have 2 coins i would like to get checked, add cash to them and buy a gold eagle” without missing a beat the man said “you purchased sketchy coins elsewhere and want me to check them for you?” Dumbfounded by what i just heard, i said, “ i dont understand why you are being hostile when im trying to buy something else from you?” He instantly verified my coins and i purchased that day but i will not be returning here. Why are you talking to people this way? Bullion is not cheap and when people want to work 40 hours a week and they bring their hard earned money to you, you blatantly feel the need to talk down to them like they are beneath you. Brick and mortar stores are the backbone of america and i hate buying online when im spending a couple thousand dollars at a time but this little shop close to home only makes me want to do business online or elsewhere. And after reading comments i can see im not the only one experiencing this treatment. Do better.
