0The staff treated me very poorly. Dismissively acted like my coins were worthless. They were uncirculated silver quarters and they paid way less than they were worth. I should not have trusted them to do honest business. Come to find out the ones I had left were worth considerably more being error coins! Educate yourself before you make any assumptions that people are honest!— David Rodriguez, Feb 2026
First, I've dealt with them before. I shouldn't have stopped in ,I just thought "what the hell". I won't do it again, offer 38.00 per Morgan. There website said 133.00 for 2.5 OZ. I sell them and then I buy gold, their mistake, when you do the math even the ugly coins are worth at least 9.00 more I had 10 nice ones, plus some mercs alot of them that this particular day I was willing to deal with I've been stacking a long time, I don't sell myself out.I turned right around told them the westside is buying them for at least 10.00 more. I walked out drove the extra 10 miles. I sold over 1000.00 bucks worth, and picked up a very nice 5 dollar Eagle at a discount. They don't have to worry about my business, they lost it,respect try it sometime.— Michael Otis, May 2026
Took in 41 1/2 dollar coins (36 were 40% silver 1965-1970, and 5 were 90% sliver 1964 coins). They offered me $139 for these coins (only 25% of the silver value they collectively held). Insulting! They should be ashamed! For reference took them across town to Phil’s coins and received $374 for the same coins. No wonder Heartland Coin has such a nice building, they must afford it by ripping people off.— Nathan Haslinger, Apr 2026
They offered 390 on a 100yo uncirculated ms63 graded indian head 2 5 dollar coin. Then he said he's going to melt it. If you truly collect don't take here. I sold it for 500 dollars 10 minutes later. It's worth 850 to 1000 in auction. Beware.— Ben Higgins, Jun 2026
Everything's great, thank you.— Rolando, Jan 2026
Has anyone gotten fake silver from this place? I want to trust that they wouldn't do that.— High Privacy, Jan 2026
I would definitely recommend this place to everyone especially if you're selling silver coins they offered me way more than any other place that I went to!!!— Duster1974, Jan 2026
Best place to sell!— Regann Shipley, Jan 2026
Unfortunately it's gone downhill lately. Prices offered super low when selling, no issues with selling prices. Seems pretty hard to get somebody up to help you. Except for one guy in there who's always busy. Doesn't seem like they want your business or care. They're just there to swap the gold and silver out for money which will be a check. Sad used to be nice in there.— Koolinmo, Nov 2025
Had to wait quite awhile,,but what got me was the offer for Morgan dollars...28.00 apiece. Friendly enough but really nice shop high overhead....I guess.— michael otis, Dec 2025
