We worked with Dustin and Megan from 3 hours away to create exactly what we wanted for an engagement ring. Dustin was so knowledgeable and explained all the different options in choosing a Diamond. He and all the girls helped make the process much simpler. We purchased a custom engagement ring, matching wedding band and a men’s wedding band, and plan to continue to do business at Diamond R!

Ava was hands down, amazing! I came in with several pieces of jewelry to turn in for trade and explained to her what I wanted as far as a design for stud earrings. She was professional, friendly & kept in mind my budget! Highly recommend her!

Staff are wonderful. The gentleman took the time to look over some family jewelry to give insight as to what I had. Since it wasn't an official appraisal for insurance, there was no charge. They treated me with respect and kindness.

We moved to North Carolina in 2016, and we will still only do business with Dustin when we make it back to Hays. Service is the best and quick. Pricing is beyond reasonable. Highly recommend. We bought my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands from Dustin 11 years ago. He had top notch customer service then and over a decade later, he and his staff again exceeded expectations today. We had to get a new ring for my husband. His staff spent time researching to try to find the exact ring he purchased back then, and when we learned they don’t make it anymore, they patiently helped him pick out something new. Then Dustin did additional research to find us the best deal on the ring he liked to get the price down. He also did some cleanup and repair on my ring that I’ve been hard on since I purchased it and is getting it unsoldered for me.

My husband had wanted to upgrade my wedding ring set for some time. I wasn't interested because I really just like my original set. Last month my ring needed prong repair and the diamond reset. In talking with Dustin and his associates, I decided on an upgrade to the diamond and a custom matching band to complete my set. It's PERFECT! Still my original ring - but more BEAUTIFUL! Great customer service! Great quality! Kind & carrying! Thank you!
