AMAZING customer service! Attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable! They have lots of resources and connections when it comes to coins, but also jewelry and chains. I ordered a new rose gold chain from them; should only take about a week to arrive. And even though their huge catalog said $89 they calculated out that they'd only ask for about $70 (+tax). A fantastic local family run business. The customer service is outstanding, and the staff is exceptionally knowledgeable. Plan ahead, as the hours are limited due to the small staff size. They will be happy to provide watch battery replacement services.
