I visited Steve's shop today and was surprised he had so many negative reviews after my visit. While I agree he may come off as a little Gruff or impatient, I found Steve willing to show me anything I asked about and worked with me on a couple things I purchased. Maybe it helped that I knew exactly what I wanted to look at. And for the 30 minutes I was there he had four other customers come and go. So I think he has a pretty good following.
