David and his crew are very knowledgeable and have excellent customer service skills. David did not need to call in an expert because he is an expert; nor did he give me a rediculously lowball offer for the coins I was trying to sell. He was efficient and professional; his offer was absolutely fair making the experience completely satisfying.

Had a good experience here selling some bullion, priced fairly, and they offer a wide array of different items. They offer a fair price for selling precious metals.

i was taking a vacation trip with my family to Chicago, coming from a family who are interested in silver and are collectors, we have already went around other locations on the north side. however due to the skyrocketing of metals, prices all around the north side offered deals that felt somewhat unfair. the person who would assist us at the front is named joshua, he's very kind, respectful, handsome, and a well put together man. his intelligence shows his understanding and dedication in running the business. my parents were incredibly satisfied with the service as we would cashout some silver from an estate. overall, was incredibly easy, as well as the entire process. once we come back to Chicago on vacation in the future, we'd definitely be stopping by again!
