I’ve been there two times now. The first time we were unable to come to any sort of agreement on the items I wished to sell, but the lady and gentleman I dealt with were extremely professional and polite. I believe they’re pretty fair keeping in mind that they’re a business and need to make a profit.

Over the last five years I always went here to buy collectibles to flip online and came up with some fantastic deals and when I got wind that they don't care where there merchandise comes from, I stopped shopping here. They might also consider themselves a company that fences goods.

Giving two stars, since I was given a good deal the first time I went in and was greeted with a smile and kindness, by the owner I’m guessing? I was offered a fair deal on an older digital video camera that first time I was in by an associate, but the only battery I had for the camera was dead and the charger was crap. He told me the offer was good if I came back, but did not give me a timeline as to how long it was good for. I assumed and lost. Came back three weeks later with three good batteries and charger this time and dealt with a different associate, a younger kid, who was arrogant and condescending. This time I was told they weren’t interested and what I had, doesn’t sell for them. Then why would you offer me in the first place?? Tried to give him some good advice about technology, just to hear him be argumentative about what I had told him. Get some people skills, kid. It will serve you better in life. Never again will I deal with this pawn shop or any pawn shop. I’ll stick to eBay and marketplace.

Met with associate by the name Chris, he took out his time to assist me. He educated me to get the best product for my needs. Im a veteran and can say I feel like the and his demeanor is professional and trustworthy. Very good service.

I had a great experience at the Joliet store! The staff here are genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and make you feel comfortable right away. I loved seeing the creative touches like the looping TV commercials and the ‘spin the wheel’ promotion—it really makes the store stand out. The storage area was huge and very well organized, which shows how professional the team is behind the scenes. Overall, this store runs smoothly and has a great vibe. Highly recommend!
