They are clueless. I called for pamp 1 gram gold they said they have it. I go in they show me valcambi gold. To different bars. Waste of time going there. People find some where’s else to buy and sell your items.

I no longer go here. First couple of times they were paying average to above average for bullion and junk silver. Last two visits offered 20% below other dealers on silver. As said below I was at your store. On several occasions I have offered to sell Indian Head Cents to you. Every time I was told you don’t buy them. So when your employee was DONE with the customer looking to sell their dead father’s collection I asked specifically about their Indian heads cents sitting on top that they were taking with them and nothing else based on my experience in your store. You yelled at me and I left. 2 employees are extremely nice and 2 are questionable. It is true that in the past the guy in the hat tried to low ball me on silver. I called it out and got an extra 25%. So this review is based on reality. That means you are doing it to other people who don’t know the value of what they have. Treat people right and they won’t have anything bad to say about you.

I live in Santa Fe,NM I bought some sports cards & some Chicago Bulls autographed items !!! At a fair price & shipped right away, they had a connection at the Bulls old stadium to get items autographed, I would deal with their Father or the Son's very respectful & would go out of there way to help me to get it shipped out , I liked doing business with them especially with the Bulls connection there the best !!!

I walked in a few weeks ago and asked the friendly employee who greeted me if they had any half cents or Draped Bust large cents. They then kindly pointed to an unmanned counter in the middle of the store and said that was where they kept everything "like that". There were some large cents but they were positioned in a way that I couldn't see them from the counter. Because the employee was already engaged with another customer I stood and looked around at the other items in the cases on the opposite side of the store to give the two privacy until they were finished. There was, after all, plenty of interesting specimens to keep me occupied in the short time I waited. A second member of staff then emerged from the back and asked me from across the room if I needed anything, I repeated what I was looking for and he also stated where they would typically be. I told him I couldn't really see what was at the counter due to the placement of the coins and even alluded to this a second time only to be ignored. This whole time the store was completely empty aside from the one other customer. I walked in there with a budget of $1k and walked out without spending a dime because they couldn't be bothered. I've had worse experiences with LCS, and the staff certainly seemed friendly, but I've never been more disappointed with the outcome of a coin shop visit than I was with this one.

Nothing but good things to say about my experience here. Went in to sell some items & the location was very clean/organized, staff were very friendly, and the process was quick. I was in and out in 10 or so minutes, highly recommend giving this place a look if you're looking to sell or buy.

I had some silver eagles and miscellaneous coins and jewelry that I wanted to sell last week. Some of which I had bought at Archie’s when I was a child half a century ago😳. I was a tad hesitant about selling at Archie’s because some of the reviews are a tad sketchy. But thought I’d try there first for old times sake . We worked with an employee named Fred - he was professional, friendly , knowledgeable and helped us understand what we were selling and why he was offering what he was offering. I felt we recieved a fair price - certainly higher than what another shop offered over the phone . There was also a fun vibe in the shop with other customers and staff. Based on my experience, I don’t really understand the negative reviews and would definitely do business with Archie’s again .
