Excellent experience. I called and then stopped in with some old family jewelry. Dan was helpful and kind. Most of what I had wasn't worth anything and yet Dan took the time to look at every single tie clip, cuff link, watch band, etc. I went in with low/no expectations, but was pleasantly surprised to find there were a few items of value for the metal, and Dan make me a offer on some of the military items that he holds onto for the 'flea market guys.' Wonderful experience. Great customer service.

To say that I highly recommend Pete's Coin & Currency would be an understatment. My mother was recently looking to sell her gold coin collection, which she inherited from her father. We visited a popular coin dealer with a location near the same area and were shocked at their incredibly low offer. We politely declined and were ready to give up for the day, but on a whim, I did a quick Google search and ended up calling and speaking with Dan at Pete's Coin & Currency. Needless to say, he was just as shocked as we were when I told him the offer we were presented for mom's 22K Gold coins. We drove to Pete’s and completed an incredibly fair deal (nearly 20% MORE than the previous company), receiving some cash and a check within 30 minutes of walking in. The check cleared without issue. I can see why this location has been in business since 1989. Instead of opening multiple locations and making low-ball offers to people who don’t know better, Pete’s Coin & Currency operates the right way—ensuring everyone walks away satisfied. 5 stars!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Pete’s Coin Shop. I am a novice coin and bullion collector and walked in knowing practically nothing. Pete took the time to educate both my son and me, explaining everything clearly and patiently, without ever making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. What really stands out is how welcoming he is. My children have gone in on their own one time to purchase coins, and Pete treated them with the same respect, patience, and care. Because of his guidance, I’ve also been able to confidently purchase coins myself. I’m incredibly grateful for Pete’s knowledge, honesty, and the time he invests in his customers. If you’re new to collecting or just looking for someone you can truly trust, Pete’s Coin Shop is the place to go.

I don't write reviews often, but my experience today is deserving of one. I went to Pete's Coin and Currency to both sell and buy. I did my research and was prepared to have to haggle to get a fair price. The items I was selling were weighed and their offer was literally 99.6% of what I was hoping to receive. On the buy side, I was really impressed with the extremely minimal markup. What a pleasant surprise as a first-time customer here! It was such a smooth experience and it's no surprise that Pete's has such a loyal following. I will certainly be back, and wouldn't consider taking my business elsewhere.
