Wonderful shop! It was hard for me to go into to the shop but Rob was so kind and helpful. I will be definitely be back! If you need to pawn anything and it’s hard he is your guy!
We sold a set of Sterling silver flatware here today. Rob is a really nice person. He explained how the process of valuing and selling silver works - very interesting. He gave us an excellent price and we were very happy that we went to Derby Pawn.
I sold some antique and vintage jewelry here about a month ago and it was an amazing experience. I had several pieces and Rob was kind enough to carefully examine each piece. His daughter Brayden was also so kind and helpful. They are very professional and knowledgeable and offered me a very fair price for my jewelry. I had many items and was on the fence over selling a couple of them. I changed my mind on one or two pieces while there, then changed it again on one. Yet Rob was very patient and understanding with me. Even though it was very close to the end of their business day, I never felt rushed. I will absolutely be going back to sell more items in the future. They also have an amazing inventory for purchase and I will definitely be back to shop there as well. Customer service was incredible. Highly recommend them!
