Trying to renew my vehicle registration. Hours today say your open until 6pm. It's a little after 2pm. Doors are locked and nobody is in the building... is this how we do things here? There's not even a sign on the door explaining why (lunch break etc.)
Clerk helped me with my question. But had to wait in line longer than usual and only 1 other person besides me had a mask on. Not good with a pandemic still ongoing and the honor system doesn't work. The CDC just doesn't get it. Any business can choose on their own to require 😷
Ladies who work there are caddy and rude. You're being paid for a service, cashiers behind a glass!! ! I feel if you don't like or cant do rapid repetitive work you should find another job.
Horrible customer service here. Not to mention the gouging prices they charge! I was trying to get a title transferred for a vehicle I purchased. And they send me away 3 different times to get different things. I understand one time. But how do you not tell me everything I need to come back with! And then they were very rude when I asked them why they didn’t tell me.
