I needed help with getting a letter notarized, and Leticia was very nice and helpful walking me through the process.

I come here often and they help me just fine. Today is the second time that they will not cash a check for me reason being "the account is restricted". She said it was due to an expired ID on file, I give her the updated ID and still no actual assistance cashing a check from the state of Illinois. I remember when they refused my check the first time and I took it to my bank...they did it with no issue. I believe the man that helped me then put a block on my account because of race. I have always been very respectful and I work very hard to take care of my household. I will be contacting a lawyer because I believe this is very unfair of them to do to me with no explanation why. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. Smh.

Ppl are rude and can care less on how to be not only courteous, but also, professional! Maybe EVERYONE needs to NOT go there so they have no business, which in turn, maybe they'll appreciate the true meaning and value of what a customer truly is to their success and their jobs

SCAMMERS. Do not come here. I came on 8/30/25 and I was told by one of the employees that it would be $330 for my title and plates but since it was close to closing their system was crashing and I would have to return. I returned on 8/31/25 and per another employee the fee turned into $436….a whole $106 more than what I was told the day prior and inconsistent with their fees on their wall. The employee who quoted me $330 was present and I told the employee who was servicing me that she quoted me $330 just yesterday and the employee from the day prior said she β€œmust’ve calculated wrong.” No, they didn't calculate wrong, the employee who was servicing me just had attitude from the beginning and was trying to finesse me. I gave them my card, but told them I'm going to report them, and the employee handed me my documents back and told me β€œif you're going to report me I'm not going to do it.” So after 25 minutes, I left without my plates and title. Don't come here unless you want to deal with ignorant and incompetent employees who are trying to finessse you.

This currency exchange is very rude. I went in to cash a check, and the person behind the glass did not have her pen out and ready, so I stepped over to the next window to sign the check. While I was signing, she said,”I have a pen,” but I had already gotten one from the other window. When I went back to her window, she asked me when and where I signed the check. Told her I had just signed it over there. She then said that because she did t see me sign it, she couldn’t cash the check.
