My brother told me about this place for a couple years and I was like always unsure about it but this place is a great hippie shop. Its not the biggest store but it takes awhile to go thru. Each time I've been there I see something new. I would like to give it a 5 star but one toilet kinda sucks. Staff is always super friendly. I would love to see them add more Pokemon and ninja turtles merchandise. The black light room with all the banners is sick I've purchased a couple. They have a great sticker and patches selection. Literally check this place out it's an awesome lil place

I’ve been a lifelong customer of Penny Lane and visit the shop at least once a month. No matter which area I’m shopping in, I always have a great experience—there are so many fun and unique items, and the atmosphere has always felt welcoming. Because of this, I was disheartened to read a couple of negative reviews mentioning that those two customers felt rushed or wished for more conversation from employees. I shop the 21+ area often, and although I don’t personally know the employees by name, every single one has consistently been kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. There are usually multiple customers shopping at the same time, and I fully understand that the staff is balancing several people at once—especially during a busy season. I always wait my turn for assistance. The employees in there offer great recommendations and demonstrate strong product knowledge while remaining professional. A young gentleman in particular was extremely helpful a couple of months ago when I was trying something new for the first time. Upstairs, I purchase all of my body jewelry and truly won’t go anywhere else. The young girl with pink hair is the reason for that. She is incredibly professional and so knowledgeable about piercings and jewelry. There have been times she wasn’t working, and I actually chose to come back when she was—I trust her expertise that much. Just like downstairs, she sometimes has several customers at once, yet she consistently manages to assist everyone with patience and care. Whenever my sister visits from out of town, Penny Lane is always on our list. On our last visit, my sister complimented the young woman upstairs on having “the coolest job ever,” and the way her face lit up said everything. She spoke so passionately about her coworkers, the store, and her love for body piercings and jewelry. When she mentioned she’s still in high school and working multiple jobs on top of being a full time student we were both impressed—she is mature, skilled, and carries great responsibility with grace. Reading those two negative reviews about these young employees honestly breaks my heart, because my experience with them has been consistently excellent. I hope they both know they are valued, appreciated, and trusted—not just by customers like myself, but I hope by management as well. Having worked in retail, I know the holiday season can bring out the worst in shoppers and sometimes their stress gets directed at employees who are doing their very best. To the management: we appreciate your shop so much and genuinely look forward to visiting whenever we can. I’ve been coming here since I was a child, and Penny Lane has always been one of a kind. Your employees, in all my many visits, have represented your business with professionalism, kindness, and impressive knowledge—even during the busiest times. They are the reason we enjoy coming in so much. They truly make Penny Lane what it was intended to be. Thank you for creating a place that so many of us love returning to.

Lovely little gift shop with a great selection of unique and fun items. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Prices are reasonable for the quality, though a few items felt slightly high. Overall, a great place to find special gifts and souvenirs.
