I went in to get my engagement ring resized. Sandy was super helpful and had it back to me within 2 hours. Thank you Sandy for making the process so quick and easy!

After trying many other Jewelry stores in Savannah and getting super high prices and long wait times on having an antique ring sized down a half size or so, I stopped into IDC (International Diamond center) and was greeted with FRIENDLY people who charged me an industry minimum and a QUICK turn around time for my piece of jewelry. The BEST in town and the ambiance and selection of STUNNING, high-quality pieces cannot be beat. Do yourself a favor and stop into IDC for your next jewelry purchase. Where you are treated with respect by folks who KNOW the trade in and out. Thank you IDC I will be back!

My husband and I went in with a specific vision in mind for a new wedding band. After looking at multiple rings with Sandy, we ended up doing three custom bands to create the look that we wanted. The initial estimate was more than we had wanted to spend. Sandy worked with us and found a perfect alternative in our price range that was still custom and fulfilled our vision. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase jewelry. She was honest, open, straightforward, and extremely easy to work with.

I bought an engagement ring here back in 2021. I blinked, and now it was time for us to look for wedding bands. We had moved to north Georgia and tried looking around up there, but all the jewelry stores didn’t seem to care about US. They just wanted a sale. Since I had already shopped at IDC before and had an account through them, we decided to make the 4.5 hour trip down to look here again. I’m here to say it was the best decision we ever made. The moment we walked in, we were treated like old friends walking through the door. We were so fortunate to have Sandy Hopkins help us because she was the absolute best! She was so patient with us as we looked through all the wedding bands, and we had each other laughing so much! We ended up finding my fiancé’s wedding band and mine also. While we were there, we also wanted to get my fiancé’s ring resized and cleaned, since one of the perks of shopping here is free lifetime resizing and cleaning. Sandy originally told us it would be tomorrow, which is awesome because we thought it would take at least a week. But we told her we were from out of town and asked if it could be done today, so she went back and asked, and she came back and told us our engagement ring AND the new wedding band would be resized and cleaned in an hour and a half. My fiancé and I went and got lunch, and before we were even finished, Sandy called and told us it was ready. We headed back in, and Sandy saw us from the other side of the store and walked over to greet us again as we walked in. She handed us our rings and wished us a happy holidays. It was a pleasant and positive interaction from start to finish. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to give IDC a chance, and I thank them and especially Sandy Hopkins for making our shopping experience not only a pleasant one but a memorable one. P.S. Sandy Hopkins should be December’s Chipotle Employee of the Month (IYKYK lol).

The inventory at IDC is fantastic. They have something for everyone. Sibyl was my associate that helped me upgrade my wife's wedding rings for our 25th anniversary. Needless to say, my wife loved them!!!

What a great experience at IDC we had in picking out our wedding rings! Alex Ronay was awesome to work with and really educated us on gold and diamonds! Great personality! We highly recommend them for all of your jewelry needs. We did compare their prices with others in the Savannah and Statesboro areas. No one was priced as good for comparable products, nor could they match their customer service experience. So glad we used them and will definitely shop there again if needed.
