Absolutely love this place and always find something every time I go in. Great selection of guitars, guns, tools, etc. The owner is so nice and very fair whether selling product to him or buying product from him.

Went here to sell an item getting ready for Christmas and my kids. Mark was super helpful, very knowledgeable and very kind throughout the entire process. I feel as though his offer was generous compared to other pawnshops in the area and the process was super fast and easy. If you like genuine people who do good business, this is a great place to bring your pawns

This is not a good place to do business with. He lost a customer gor life. I will NEVER do business again with the owner of this establishment. If your pawn payment is due on the day they happen to be closed, he'll make you pay BEFORE the date. Even if it's a holiday when they were closed for 3 days, you'll have to eat the time. Every pawn shop I've dealt with will let you come in and pay the next open business day. Not him. He'll charge you a late fee. Let me explain why he was greedy. I sent my father to pay my pawn. He talked to the guy and knew he was running 9 minutes late. The owner locked the doors and would not accept payment. And he charged a late fee, knowing full well our efforts to be there. I called 3 minutes before closing, and he didn't answer the phone. I wanted to make a payment. He said I didn't leave a message. Would not honor my efforts to pay, and he charged and collected late fees. I've done business with other pawn shops. If your due date is on a day their closed, they let you come in and pay the next buisness day. Not here! Customer service is much more important and earns better business in the long run. Let's agree this guy "follows the law." but he twists it to his advantage. Nobody makes the Customer pay EARLY when the due date is on a holiday or when the shop is closed. I appealed to the man to work with me that Paying hundreds of dollars in fees is unfair in light of my efforts, he said I cussed in my conversation, I DIDN'T, He got staunch and inflexible. BIGGEST DISSAPOINT IN BUISNESS DEALINGS I'VE EVER HAD. Definitely left a sour taste in my soul. My advice to you is to go somewhere else. It's my opinion he doesn't have enough money so he'll take advantage of the customer in his favor to squeeze every extra dollar he can from you. I will say he seemed like an extremely nice man when I made the pawn. He even gave me back extra items of value that he didn't need for collateral for the loan. That was nice. But his other practices were EXTREMELY unfair, selfish, and inflexible. In light of that I will never come here again. Treat your customer right, especially when you know they are attempting to pay, instead of having 10 minutes of patience to accept payment, you refuse any flexibility and charge hundreds in late fees.

Bought and sold several rifles/shot guns from Mark and he was extremely easy to work with. If you are interested in an item he will adjustment prices to make it work for you. Offers fair trade in values also. I dont understand the crybaby and hurt feelings below. If you follow the federal law and be on time you will never have a problem here.
