Horrible Customer service
Went looking to upgrade my wifes wedding set. Horrible service. I asked for a size 9 i was told its very time consuming to determiine sizes on each one and to pick what i wanted to see and go get it sized. I didnt feel welcome or that he wanted to be helpful. He said bring cash to get a deal. I showed him the stack of money in my pocket but no thanks. I will go where im not prejudged and feel they want my business
This is a wonderful and genuine place.. The people are even better. These people care about the people who come in and out. This business is owned by same people for very many years and they're good people. My heart is happy to know them 💜💜

I’ve visited this store on a number of occasions and I have always felt welcomed and had very professional service. I’ve purchased gifts for family members here as well as my own needs. I found the owner as well as employees at the time to be very helpful, respectful, and kind. I don’t normally shop pawn shops however, they have great deals and I would highly recommend this one!!!!
