Respectful people, that actually do research, and daily pricing and keeps up with sales so they can lower prices when needed. Everything is fair for a pawn shop if you want better prices never use an item keep the receipt and take it back to the store you bought it from.
I want to give a 0 but did call BBB. This was my husband and my first racist Karen's experience. Now mind you when we went 2 weeks ago to pawn our gun and ps5 there was a black and white gentlemen both very respectful nice as ever great day. Fast forward to yesterday a white male and female working first thing the same white male from pawn day says when looking at my paper is about a call for the gun and 3 day hold. I said that was not mentioned the day of pawn he proceeds to argue back and fourth me and kept saying he didn't have to sale my stuff back calling us hostile for telling him he was lying and just trying not to sale it back so he can make a larger profit. The female worker even lied saying we were being threatning which please run cameras not 1 threat was made just a fact of telling you u are lying was stated. Once we both told her she was not there and this was between us and this man since he stated the lie she threathened to call the police like on what???This man waited to give our gun back and called the police while we where in the car leaving. The attitude from him and his female coworker were pure hatred and looked at us from start like they wanted us to leave. He was not the same person he was with the black coworker point blank. The entire situation yesterday felt like I was watching social media Karen skit and like they just wanted to get a reaction out of us to try to get us arrested and gain a 300 to 450 profit instead of the little 57 dollar profit he got tuhhh

The guy is nice and respectful but he gave me false information on a piece of jewelry that I bought from him. I asked if the necklace was solid 925 silver he said yes so I bought it for $220. Now not even a month later it’s showing brass color around the ends and on the links also, so I had it looked at turns out it’s stainless steel. That was determined by not 1 but 3 different Jewelry experts
