The husband is very rude. And always trying to get over on people. This place is not here to help anyone but to make things worse for everyone who maybe facing financial difficulties. There are other pawn shops that so much better than this one. So please look around for some place better than this one. Poor customer service
I had an excellent experience at [Payday Pawn. They was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. They took the time to explain everything clearly, offered me a fair price for my item, and the entire process was quick and easy.
Don’t not go here your better off buy brand new. Bought a PlayStation for my niece. Immediately it starting overheating, took back just to change it out and the owner revealed himself. There is good business and then you have this guy. I warned you first if a place looks like they barely making it trust your intuition. Overall I thought we could at least met in the middle. The owner got more nasty as time went. Asked me to leave then called the police I stood there on the phone with the bank making sure the claim went through poor guy started yelling at the bank. Not sure of the tactics of the police, giving description of black man blue jeans I laughed. Yes I’m a black man and well established all I was looking for was genuine customer service. Hope this help more people become aware of hole in the walls like this place. Easy could been five stars but he laughed at the fact that he sold me a defective device. My bank heard the whole situation. 😎
