Today, the owner of this establishment, Marc, was unapologetic for his horrific actions to someone who was once a loyal customer. Even though I received better offers elsewhere, I wanted to remain a loyal customer and support his business. Instead I left in tears feeling extremely uncomfortable and belittled. If he has any type of rebuttal on here other than an apology, you will see what type of person this is. I'm ashamed to have referred people to him in the past and no longer recommend shopping with such a rude and careless individual. I should have considered the reviews of others who also had a horrifying experience with this business. Moments later though, I visited a place not too far away on Hillsborough in a plaza next to Taco Bell who was much more competitive in buying rates and has impecabble customer service! All trust and loyalty I had for this business is gone. 😢 Update after Marc's response: A response here should be thanking a guest for positive feedback or apologizing for a less than stellar experience. Marc is sugar coating what actually happened. He got mad that I said someone offered me more but I still wanted to sell to him. He refused and kicked me out of the store. Bottom line rude and egotistical.
