I had a very disappointing experience at Coins & Bullion on cervantes Street in Pensacola. From the moment I walked in, I was told there’s a $10 fee just to discuss selling coins. That was never mentioned beforehand and feels unreasonable, especially when you’re simply trying to inquire about doing business. The staff came across as rude and dismissive rather than helpful or informative. If you’re dealing with collectibles or precious metals, you expect professionalism and respect — not attitude. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for fair or courteous service.

Father and son were the sweetest of people. They gave me knowledge( or should I say education) on my coin collection. I really appreciate the help that was giving to me today. Most of all I needed the smiles that was put on my face an in my heart. I will be back to see them again soon I hope. Please don't take your coins or gold to no one else but them. You will thank me later. 🙂🙂

They were willing to educate me about what to look for when selecting " gold" to sell. So I know what not to bring. This saves us both time and money. Very good people.

Website says “Call us First”…So I did for an introduction and a couple questions I asked about the process of bringing in multiple items Male employee was extremely rude in his explanation talking down to me in an annoyed tone “you bring it in, we look at it, give you a price, it’s that simple….” And then laughed Maybe don’t promote calling you first if you’re going to be rude and condescending With your tone and lack of customer interaction, sure not going to trust your evaluations or integrity

I guess by my appearance ( had my old work clothes on ) that they didn't want to do business. I guess if you don't have fancy coins they're not interested in buying anything else 🤷 I've never had anyone look as me with disgust like these two in 60 years. Very sad indeed.

Friendly staff member was very helpful to my young son, who is just getting started collecting coins and stacking metal. My other son enjoyed petting the guard dog too. 10/10 experience today.
