It was my 1st time to a coin shop and I had a great experience. The staff was very welcoming & knowledgeable.

Came in with my dad to find out the value of my grandfathers coin collection and we were blown away about how honest Wes was. He gave us advice about coin collecting and what to spot. By the time we walked out we had a better understanding of coins. Thanks Wes!

Honest, friendly, fair and competent people in a welcoming environment and great store. This is NOT a pawn shop. It is a business that professionally deals in collectors items, mostly coins and currency. They know their stuff! I went in without expectations on a mission to sell what ended up being about $250 of old coins, mostly silver. The staff was great (and the store was busy). They carefully inspected my wares, explained what they were worth and why, and we quickly agreed on the transaction. It could not have gone better or been consummated by better people. Coin stores are anachronisms! But, this one is old school in a modern, safe, and professional environment. I'm only sorry that I have nothing else to talk with them about. GREAT STORE and HIGHLY recommended.

From the phone call too walking in was a very pleasant experience with this family business, very clean and organized so you are able to look and shop . Jake is very knowledgeable, honest and very fair in his profession ! Wes and Sonia very nice and helpful. The big bonus is Murphy the golden who greets you and is so loveable and absolutely handsome! He gets employee of the month every time I can see why!💞 We will always do business with Palmetto Coin Shop! Best small family business in town!

Customer service is unmatched, I was in town for work coming in from Orlando,Fl and decided to stop by and purchase silver rounds. Sonya took excellent care of me and tested the rounds in front of me before I left. Jake, Wes and Sonya have an awesome shop. I highly recommended shopping at this location. WOW! What an AWESOME coin shop! Super friendly owners! Family owned and operated! Extremely fair prices! Easy to talk to and make deals with! Not to mention very knowledgeable as well!
