What an amazing jeweler!! John and Saul helped me tremendously I came to their attention with a necklace with a broken clasp sold to me by another jeweler that the initial jeweler refused to fix and prospyr provided me a new chain and pendant for less than I paid for the initial necklace and pendant. The new one also had a pendant too it was impossible to say no with how fair and accommodating prospyr was for me , they will forever have my business. I recommend you do the same. 5🌟 service !!!

I called a bunch of places before coming here but his reviews are totally legit. John is a true professional and a kind man. I brought three watches for repair/ battery changes. I went to Prospyr to sell some gold earrings that weren't being worn anymore. Saul was great to work with. He explained everything clearly, and took his time. He was easy to speak with. Everything was neat and clean. I would definitely do business again.
