Excellent team, highly recommend for gold-silver-jewelry purchase and sales... they also handled a watch repair for me. Jeff is responsive and honest.

The owner is extremely disrespectful, even to returning customers. My fiance and I have been going here for a few years to buy silver bars. Went in today, and the owner showed us some 10oz silver bars for sale. When my fiance asked how much for one of them, the owner huffed, pulled the whole stack away, and said he wouldn't sell any of them. He said my fiance was always buying the best stuff that he has and we couldn't buy anything. We've spent a few thousand dollars in there over the years, and when we told him so he grudgingly said he would sell it to us. We let him know this would be our last purchase and that we wouldn't be returning. He said we had 40 years to wait for him to go away.
