Peoples Pawn & Jewelry - Lauderdale Lakes

I first visit this location nineteen years ago, from the very visit until now 2020 I am still impressed! one with the level of customer service, two with the price and the bargain is phenomenal, three the knowledge of the staff. I recently moved eighty miles away however I still stop by on a regular basis my parents lives close by. I would recommend these guys to anyone I come across knowing that they will be well taking care of. While they had good customer service, their quality for overall business was dirt-poor. I walk in with a $2,000 piece of body armor. Then they offer me $100 after doing zero research on it because they "don't know me"... I may only be one customer but I feel bad for every other person who doesn't spoken up about this bull

I live about 20 mins away and was told that they take Apple Watches, when I got here I was then told that they’re too risky and was only offered $40 with no room for negotiation on a series 10 watch in perfect condition. Also customer service was incredibly poor. Would give a zero rating if it was allowed

I wouldn’t really buy anything or sell anything of value here they don’t do solid business and they always seem like they don’t wanna be here. I’m giving them 3 stars because they have some pretty cool niche items but I went in there to buy some stuff and the gentleman who rung it up for me seemed like he was pissed off.

DONT GO HERE! I was in here today with my husband and I wanted to Pawn a bluetooth speaker the older guy tall late 50”s African American guy towards the left side when you walk in said he will give us $15 for it , we asked for $25 said “No” We agreed on the price offered. I go connected the Bluetooth speaker played a YouTube video played it loud he then unplugs it and “said can you play it again it. I didn’t hear a volume”. Then looked at the speaker some more for looking for imperfections pointed that it has some rust and no antenna. Then he tells us he will pass on it . How you’re going to tell us an offer then change your mind. That’s not right . STAY AWAY FROM THERE GO TO CASH AMERICA they are the best!
