PLEASE think twice before making a purchase from this jeweler. They have the most ridiculous return, actually, non-return policies I have ever seen. It seems borderline illegal. Every jewelry store I have researched, such as Jared, Underwoods, Nicolas Alexander, Zales, and Kay, have a 30-day return/refund policy if Underwood, fully satisfied with your purchase. Given the high prices, you would think this jeweler would do the same, but they make it next to impossible to change your mind. ANDif you happen to change your mind, you must do so within SEVEN days to "maybe" get a store credit "upon approval." They should make this abundantly clear at the time of purchase. However, they underhandedly don't. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE UNLESS YOU ARE COMPLETELY SURE YOU LOVE YOUR PURCHASE OTHERWISE THE THIEVES WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY. Shame on you, Miriam!

I was referred to this place by a co-worker. I had a bunch of Jewelry to Sell. I was greeted by a very Helpfull Friendly staff. I was very pleased with what I received for all the Jewelry I brought in. Thank You so much for a positive experience.

Leah helped my fiancé pick out my setting since he already had a diamond. I had gone in with him previously and given him ideas on what I liked but wasn't sure he would remember the exact one that was my favorite. Leah made sure he got exactly what I had picked. We also went back and got my bands from Miriam's and Leah was so helpful yet again! She is always a pleasure to work with and I recommend Miriam's to everyone I know.

Miriam's Jewlery has beautiful, high quality jewelry. It's a sweet family owned business and everyone is very helpful. My husband got my wedding ring there 16 years ago and a new band this year for our anniversary. All of my most special gifts have come from Miriam's. My daughter loves everything in the store too. Miriam and her daughters Benji & Leah work there and always have great ideas for designing new pcs. I recommend this shop for anyone looking something special.

Been going here for years. Best selection and best prices in town. Wouldn’t buy jewelry from anyone else. Honest owner, fair prices, and unbeatable customer service. They treat you like family. The last big purchase I made here, I wanted a specific type of paperclip chain necklace, that they didn’t have in store so she special ordered it for me, and sold it to me at an amazing price. Money well spent here! Great prices and fast service on repairs and custom work too (I had an old yellow gold ring melted down and made into two separate small rings and they did it at a fraction of the price other places wanted and in a fraction of the time)! Love this place, would give it more stars if I could.

We bought ourselves matching Rolex watches from Miriam’s Jewelry as an anniversary gift to each other, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Not only are they a beautiful piece of jewelry, but also a smart investment we’ll enjoy for years to come. Every time we wear them, we’re reminded of both our special milestone and the wonderful service we received from Miriam's.

Wow, I cannot say enough good about the staff at Miriam's! All are fantastic to work with, and they take the time unlike the box chain stores. In my case, I took to them a 120 year old watch that belonged to my great grandfather. I was devastated when I broke it, and for a ridiculously low price, I am proudly wearing this classic timepiece again. I am also having a custom gent's ring made that they are setting my mother's engagement diamond in. Can't wait to see it completed. Make the drive to this store in San Marco. You wont be disappointed. I'll post pictures of the ring when it is complete. For now, here is the watch.
